Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to support a remote, fast-paced team in the United States. You will partner with leadership to drive performance, retention, onboarding, and HR operations, while shaping a scalable culture in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

4-6+ years of People Operations experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
Proven advisory/Business Partner experience to management and teams.
Strong HR systems knowledge, preferably Rippling, and data-driven mindset.
High emotional intelligence with ability to build relationships across the organization.
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to managers and team leads on workforce planning, performance, and retention.
Handle complex employee relations with empathy and compliance.
Lead performance management processes, calibrations, and growth conversations.
Design and implement scalable HR programs, policies, and workflows to support scale and automation.
Provide analytics and reporting to leadership to inform people strategies.
Ensure data privacy and confidentiality, and stay current on employment laws.
