Family Dental Health is seeking an outgoing Human Resources Coordinator to support staffing and HR operations at our Greer, SC locations. You will manage postings, screening, onboarding, and records while collaborating with managers to meet hiring goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and MS 365. Travel to multiple locations may be required; benefits include PTO, health coverage, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant-tracking systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hiring laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain current job listings.
• Collaborate with managers to draft postings and hiring criteria.
• Post job opportunities in iSolved Hire and other platforms.
• Refresh and sponsor postings to source applicants.
• Conduct resume searches and contact candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and files.
• Assist with uniform management and employee data entry.
