Job summary

Grüns is hiring a results-oriented professional to own and optimize the systems that power our remote support team in the United States. You will partner with BPO leadership and an AI Lead to drive performance and outcomes.

In this role, you will run the knowledge base, training, QA, and reporting, and you will analyze CSAT, NPS, FCR, and AHT to implement data-driven fixes that improve service quality and efficiency.
