The People Operations team is responsible for delivering an exceptional, consistent employee experience from a team member’s first day through their last. We’re building People Ops differently — simplifying what’s complex, using data and systems to drive better decisions, and creating processes that actually work for a modern, retail-driven organization.
We’re looking for aPeople Operations Managerto own and evolve the core People infrastructure that supports both our corporate and retail teams. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits operations, performance processes, and compliance—ensuring Everlane’s people programs are scalable, accurate, and designed with the employee experience at the center.
This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles Arts District office and reports to our VP of People.

The annual compensation range for this role is $100,000-$120,000.This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area, and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
