Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide day-to-day HR guidance for the Sarasota team, handling employee relations, performance management, and lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.

You will support managers on performance expectations, coordinate leave matters, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO, while partnering with Recruiting and HR colleagues on compensation, benefits, and development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; professional certifications preferred (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
• Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience with independent responsibility
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support for Sarasota employees and leaders
• Manage employee relations concerns and investigations with documentation and escalation as needed
• Guide managers on performance expectations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate accommodations and leave matters with HR Operations
• Apply policies and employment requirements (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO) in coordination with HR Compliance
• Own employee lifecycle processes from preboarding to offboarding
• Support Sarasota recruitment with staffing needs and interviews
• Assist with compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement programs
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and prepare workforce data and reports
