Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a People Operations Manager, based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. This role involves overseeing HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The People Operations Manager will develop and implement policies, manage employee benefits and payroll administration, and support workforce planning. They will also champion the employee experience while ensuring adherence to organizational goals and policies, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
