Highwire is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead payroll, benefits, and people analytics for a multistate workforce. The role sits at the intersection of People, Finance, and operations, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring strong controls across payroll and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end multi-state payroll administration and tax compliance.
• Design and administer benefits and 401(k) programs with communications.
• Develop people analytics dashboards and insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multistate workforce.
• Serve as internal payroll SME for Rippling and integrations.
• Lead payroll tax filings and audit readiness.
• Oversee benefits programs including ACA, COBRA and 401(k).
• Develop and communicate benefits plans and open enrollment.
• Build workforce analytics dashboards and executive reports.
