This is a hands-on opportunity to shape and strengthen a growing People function within a fast-paced, remote-first technology environment.

Accountabilities

  • AI-First Mindset: Proactive approach to using AI tools and automation to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to maintain accurate employee records, manage deadlines, and ensure reliable execution.

  • Communication: Clear, warm, and professional written communication, with the ability to handle employee questions and sensitive conversations effectively.

  • Global Collaboration: Comfortable working across time zones, with sufficient flexibility to overlap with US and UK working hours.
