Job summary

DESRI seeks talented and motivated students for its Summer 2027 internship program. The 10-week internship runs June through August and offers hands-on projects across Business Operations, Recruiting, and Human Capital.

Interns work with mentors, collaborate across teams, and present their work at summer’s end. Undergraduate interns earn $6,000/month with $5,000 housing stipend; graduate interns earn $10,000/month with $5,000 housing stipend.

Qualifications

• Analytical students with interest in business operations, recruiting, human capital, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities and analytical acumen.
• Record of academic and/or professional achievement is required.

Responsibilities

• Support operational initiatives and cross-functional projects across teams.
• Assist in candidate research, sourcing, and recruiting analytics.
• Help develop tools and analyses to improve efficiency and processes.
