Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role.
• Confident advising on HR matters with a pragmatic approach.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for HR topics providing practical advice.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Support employee relations and performance management.
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports for decision-making.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Knowledge of US federal and state labor law

Experience with HRIS and data analysis

Ability to build relationships

Proactive and well-organised

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology
