Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with salary structures and market benchmarking.
• Knowledge of FLSA and internal equity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain salary ranges, pay grades, and structures.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for positions.
• Review and set salary ranges for new and existing roles.
• Prepare compensation reports and budgets for leadership.
• Coordinate annual incentive plan processes and payouts.
