Amphenol Industrial Operations in Endicott, NY seeks an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills, a change mindset, and thorough knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws to support a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR or SPHR) is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment including postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage benefits, payroll review, and workers' compensation claims.
• Lead employee relations, performance management and investigations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures for compliance.
• Provide HR analytics and insights to senior management.
