Job summary

Signal Advisors is expanding its People Operations team in Detroit. The People Operations Generalist will manage the full lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding/off-boarding, with a hands-on, agile approach.

You’ll help scale processes, communicate across departments, and support key initiatives while staying curious and collaborative. You will rotate through recruitment support, employee communications, benefits, and performance processes, partnering with the Head of People to improve systems

Qualifications

• Some experience in HR or People-related role is a plus.
• Recruiting experience is an extra plus.
• Must be able to work in our Detroit office at least 2 days each week.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and off-boarding experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and own candidate communication.
• Communicate with team members across departments and provide backup support for People Operations tasks.
• Draft clear internal communications, newsletters, and presentations.
• Serve as a point of contact for team member questions and concerns.
• Assist with performance reviews, benefits enrollment, and company-wide meetings.
