You will assist managers and maintain data accuracy. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field (or pursuing) and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or actively pursuing degree.

Responsibilities

• Payroll support: assist in weekly payroll processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Timekeeping/Attendance support and data entry.
• HR record keeping: maintain employee records with confidentiality.
• Recruitment assistance: schedule interviews and coordinate communication.
• Compliance: assist with labor laws, audits, and reporting.
• Training and development: help coordinate training and track completion.
• Employee relations: handle basic inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Documentation and reporting: prepare HR documents and presentations.
• HR communication: distribute policies and updates to staff.
• HR software: ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot system issues.
