Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for HR policies and processes.
• Respond to employee concerns professionally and timely.
• Provide guidance on HR matters per policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Process lifecycle transactions including transfers and promotions.
• Assist with unemployment claims and HR reporting.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and system maintenance.
• Support recruiting and send offer letters.
• Assist with employee relations reviews and investigations.
• Assist with attendance and performance documentation.
• Identify and elevate sensitive employee relations concerns.
• Maintain documentation of employee concerns and issues.
• Support compliance with employment laws and HR notices.
• Assist with policy updates and HR initiatives.
• Assist with performance reviews and goal setting.
• Support employee engagement and culture-building.
• Track training completion and maintain records.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
