Job summary

STARZ is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with HRBP and COEs to ensure data integrity and a consistent employee experience. The role handles policy questions, lifecycle changes, and collaboration with talent acquisition and communications teams.

Requirements include 2–4 years in HR, familiarity with Workday (preferred), strong communication, and a Bachelor’s in HR or related field (HR certification a plus).

Qualifications

• 2-4 years HR experience preferred (internship, coordinator, or generalist)
• Familiarity with HRIS (Workday preferred) and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional demeanor
• Discretion handling confidential information, growth toward HRBP/specialist path

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers
• Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, escalateComplex matters to HRBP team
• Execute lifecycle changes with accurate documentation and system updates in Workday
• Submit job requisitions to Talent Acquisition and maintain data integrity
• Partner with COEs on data audits and system clean-up projects
• Maintain position management accuracy and update employee data
• Support Learning and Development in engagement activities and events
• Coordinate communications with Corporate Communications on policy updates and programs
• Model company values and foster an inclusive employee experience
