The Manager, HR Systems & Operations serves as a strategic and hands‑on partner for the HR team and reports to the Director, HR Systems & Operations. This role combines the strengths of an HRIS Analyst, Benefits Analyst, and Payroll Analyst. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, deep Workday knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to support data integrity, reporting, auditing, and continuous improvement across HR systems.
