Job summary

Super Radiator Coils is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Richmond, VA. This role blends recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations to support our industrial manufacturing teams.

The specialist will maintain confidential records and act as a neutral contact between staff and leadership, reflecting our core values. You will collaborate with payroll, HR colleagues, and site leaders to hire for hourly and some salaried roles, support onboarding, and

Qualifications

1–3 years in a human resources role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must pass medical pre-screening with physical and background check.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Demonstrate fluent English and Spanish.
Knowledge of Form I-9 recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

Maintain full confidentiality of all records and information.
Represent team members and the company in the event of an issue or complaint.
Maintain accurate HR record keeping and tracking, both physical and digital forms.
Assist with recruitment for hourly and some salary positions.
Assist new team members through onboarding and benefits enrollment.
Maintain an open-door approach for concerns or complaints.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure timecard accuracy and timely payroll processing.
Assist with team engagement functions and events.
Support compliance-related projects.
