Job summary

Thrive Market, a mission-driven online grocery retailer, seeks an Analyst in People Operations to own data-driven HR analytics across Workday, Greenhouse, Fountain, EasyLlama, and Lattice. You will build dashboards, ensure data integrity, and partner with HRBPs to translate data into actionable insights.

Required hands-on Workday experience, 3-5 years in People Ops, and strong Excel/BI skills. This role is based in the United States with occasional travel to HQ in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years in People Operations, HR analytics, or HRIS administration.
• Hands-on Workday experience: configuration, reporting, admin; HCM/Recruiting a plus.
• Experience spanning HR and Talent Acquisition: recruiting ops, lifecycle, data integrity.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting, dashboards, and data models.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite; BI tools like Tableau/Looker a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve reporting.
• Effective communication translating data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Data, Analytics & Reporting: build and automate dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for all report requests via centralized channel.
• Develop People Ops analytics: headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, DEI metrics.
• Populate data for All Hands, QBR, and Leadership decks.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of People Ops metrics.
• Leverage Workday reporting tools to deliver self-service analytics.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests for senior leaders.
• Workday HRIS & Other Systems Admin: support implementation and maintenance of systems.
• Be Workday administrator: configuration, troubleshooting, optimization.
• Coordinate with IT/Finance on process changes and security roles.
• Maintain trackers for HRIS requests and document workflows.
• Communicate outages and maintenance windows.
