Job summary

Mesa Quantum is seeking a highly organized People & Operations Coordinator to manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. You will coordinate accounts, equipment, access, and setup, while supporting payroll, benefits, and records management in a fast-paced startup environment.

As a hands-on role, you will develop scalable People Operations workflows, document procedures, and improve processes to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring smooth daily operations as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate employee accounts, equipment, access, and setup.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist with performance review implementation and employee documentation processes.
• Help implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Support recruiting and hiring activities as needed.
• Build, document, implement, and continuously improve People Operations processes.
