Job summary

Candidate should have 1+ year in People Operations or HR coordination, and be comfortable with a Front Half schedule; English and Spanish are a plus in a bilingual environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
• Front Half schedule (Sun-Wed 10:30am-8:30pm)
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust.
• Compliance-first attitude for regulated industry.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential Tier 1 support for people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center.
• Manage onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding procedures.
• Administer time and attendance records and process timesheet adjustments.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with People Partners and other HR specialists to elevate complex issues and improve operational workflows.
