Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the HR Solutions Team in Utah. You will be the first line of contact for employees and leaders, handling payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations with accuracy and discretion.

You will also support recruiting activities as needed, review HR tasks in the HRIS, and maintain employee records while escalating complex issues to specialists. This role offers growth within a supportive, inclusive culture and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Human Resources.
• 2+ years administrative experience in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience.
• Beginner experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• The HR Coordinator is the first line of contact for HR inquiries including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.
• Support recruiting functions as needed.
• Review and approve HR tasks in the HRIS system including background checks, E verify, changes, offer letters, and position changes.
• Provide administrative support including Verifications of Employment, HR inbox, and maintaining employee records.
• Provide guidance to HR Solutions Team and collaborate with specialists on complex items.
