VASA Fitness is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Colorado to support payroll, benefits, HRIS, and recruiting within the HR Solutions Team. The role is the first contact for HR inquiries and involves handling HR processes with accuracy and discretion.

Key duties include approving HR tasks in HRIS, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support across the department. This position runs M-F, 9am-5pm, at $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with healthcare benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Human Resources.
• 2+ years administrative experience in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience required.
• Beginner experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• The HR Coordinator acts as the first contact for HR inquiries across payroll, benefits, HRIS, and recruiting support as needed.
• Reviews and approves HR tasks in the HRIS system including occasional background checks, E verify, personal information changes, offer letters, and employee position changes.
• Provides administrative support including completing Verification of Employment forms, HR inbox support, maintaining employee records, and other duties as assigned.
• Provides expertise to other HR Solutions Team members in specified areas and guides colleagues on more complex items; supports specialists with projects.
