Job summary

American Premier Services is seeking a dynamic Full-Time HR Coordinator to join our Lake Mary, FL team. You will be the primary contact for teammate inquiries and help ensure accurate transfers, promotions, terminations, and onboarding.

This role supports managers with coaching forms, PIPs, and disciplinary actions, maintains HR files and databases, tracks HR metrics, and coordinates leaves, workers' comp, and reporting while upholding confidentiality and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years HR experience or training preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for teammate inquiries and concerns.
• Process transfers, role changes, promotions, and terminations with background checks.
• Assist onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain teammate personnel files and HR databases.
• Support coaching forms, PIPs, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation claims and HR metrics tracking.
• Assist with recruiting and payroll tasks as needed.
