Senior Care Partners PACE seeks an experienced People Operations Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff across the organization. The role combines strategic partnership with regular onsite presence to build relationships and impact employee experience.

You’ll coach leaders, support employee relations and performance management, strengthen engagement and retention efforts, and help ensure fair, consistent people practices aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years of HR, People Operations, or employee relations experience.
• Experience coaching leaders and navigating complex workplace situations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, provided both onsite at a PACE Center and in participant homes. PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and, through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides, coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

Healthcare, PACE, or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred. HR certification is a plus.
