Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a People Operations professional to manage core employee lifecycle processes in Workday and drive automation across HR workflows. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, audit data integrity, and collaborate with Finance, BizTech, Legal, and Security to resolve issues.

You will also help administer benefits globally, support compliance, and develop SOPs and knowledge bases for scalable people operations in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage core employee lifecycle processes in Workday (hiring, internal job changes, exits).
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries via ticketing system.
• Own data integrity across people systems by auditing and resolving discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual People processes using AI and workflows.
• Build and maintain the People team's internal knowledge base.
• Assist with benefit administration for colleagues globally.
• Support compliance and audit readiness (SOC 2, regulatory requirements, handbook).
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve process, program, or data issues.
