Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Payroll to lead and improve US payroll and global EOR operations. You will coach Payroll Specialists, own payroll calendars, and partner with People, Equity, Controllership, Finance, and vendors to scale processes.

You’ll oversee payroll execution across platforms (ADP, Workday, Deel, Bswift, Fidelity), manage tax administration and compliance, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant payroll experience with US payroll ownership and leadership.
