Qualifications

• Owned onboarding or immigration process end to end with a specific case showing follow-through.
• Navigated visa or immigration cases and understood precision required.
• Coordinated relocation or logistics with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Supported or ran a performance management cycle and know where the process breaks.
• Helped build a leveling framework and explain why job architecture matters beyond compensation.
• Reliable and organized; can back that up with specifics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding execution, from offer acceptance through a new hire's first 30 days, coordinating EE Partners, IT, and Workplace so no step gets missed.
• Run visa and immigration sponsorship for new and current employees, tracking petitions, renewals, and deadlines in partnership with outside counsel.
• Coordinate employee relocations across offices and countries, managing vendors, timelines, and the details that determine whether a move lands cleanly or badly.
• Run the performance management cycle end to end: calibration prep, cycle logistics, and the systems that keep managers and employees on schedule.
• Maintain and evolve the leveling and ladder framework, keeping job architecture consistent as new roles and teams get added.
