Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR function and help grow our Pack. You will partner with HR leadership to ensure the HR function drives success and aligns with Great Wolf Lodge goals.

The role covers front-line recruiting, onboarding, benefits questions, training, employee records, and confidentiality. It requires one year HR experience, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR or similar experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Enthusiastic and positive energy.
• Multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greets employees and handles daily questions and requests.
• Manages onboarding for Lodge as directed by HRM/HRD.
• Handles FAQs on benefits, pack perks, and HR topics.
• Coordinates training and onboarding including Wolfology.
• Maintains confidentiality and HR records.
