Job summary

You will support programs across talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations, using AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in relevant field including human resources management, business, data science, communications, or MIS.
• Rising Senior (graduating December 2027 through May 2028).
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and applying them to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day People Office programs and processes across talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
• Assist with employee inquiries, documentation, reporting, and policy administration while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support business decision-making.
• Partner with HR teams, managers, and colleagues to support talent, onboarding, development, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
