Job summary

FIS in Jacksonville, FL is offering a 2027 University Summer Internship Program. As a Summer Intern you will participate in team projects, social events, and development seminars while working alongside mentors in a paid, full-time internship from May 31 to August 6, 2027.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, business, data science, communications, MIS).
Rising senior (graduating Dec 2027 – May 2028).
Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and applying them to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day People Office programs across talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
Assist with employee inquiries, documentation, reporting, and policy administration while maintaining confidentiality.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support business decisions.
Partner with HR teams and managers to support talent, onboarding, development, engagement, and planning initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance employee experience, efficiency, and policy compliance.
