Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust is seeking an experienced People & OD Advisor to join our People Team. You will provide practical and professional advice across a portfolio of schools and business areas, building effective relationships with leaders and managers.

You will independently manage a varied employee relations caseload, support organisational change and safeguarding employment matters, ensure safer recruitment and SCR compliance, and use workforce information to identify trends and

Qualifications

• Independently managing a varied employee relations caseload, providing advice across a broad range of people matters.
• Supporting organisational change, consultation processes and liaison with trade unions.
• Providing advice and support on the employment aspects of safeguarding concerns and allegations.
• Monitoring and supporting safer recruitment and Single Central Record compliance within allocated areas.
• Using workforce information and reporting to identify trends, risks and areas for intervention.
• Contributing to People projects, policy development, employee engagement and continuous improvement across the Trust.
