You will design and implement talent management, culture initiatives, and change programs while partnering with leadership to drive sustainable organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing talent management and organizational design initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture, and change management theories.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
