Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and pursuing an MBA or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management.
• Internship or work experience in HR, talent acquisition, people operations, or people-facing environments that enabled leadership and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• High learning agility and initiative with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Review HR policies, benefits and employee engagement plans for improvements.
• Assist in creation and rollout of new employee programs and policies.
• Develop standardized processes and refreshed training materials.
• Contribute to review and benchmarking of new job descriptions.
• Support implementation of employee experience initiatives.

Belden's US Internship Program offers current students an opportunity to work on important business projects, collaborate with experienced managers and deliver real results for the organization. Over 12 weeks, you will gain hands-on experience crafting business solutions while developing project management skills, interpersonal skills, and function-specific knowledge.

As a member of our 2027 US Internship Program, you'll be fully immersed in a global team of experts eager to teach and learn from you along the way. These fast-paced, project-based internship positions are ideal for students who are interested in developing themselves professionally, while also making a substantial contribution to the company. You'll work towards goals, deliver results, and present to business leaders.

Successful People (HR) Intern Program candidates will offer:

• Current enrollment with pursuit of MBA or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management
• Related internship or work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, people operations, or people-facing environments that enabled leadership and problem‑solving experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosityalong with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment
