  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity with initiative and accountability
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal evaluation of supply chain processes and work to identify areas or methods for continued improvement
  • Communicate with existing or potential vendors to identify areas of opportunity
  • Review and complete manufacturing processes and assist in development of standardized processes or improved systems
  • Identify supply chain and strategic sourcing disruptions and areas of opportunity, calculate financial impact and propose improvement action plan

Belden’s US Internship Program

Belden’s US Internship Program offers current students an opportunity to work on important business projects, collaborate with experienced managers and deliver real results for the organization. Over 12 weeks, you will gain hands‑on experience crafting business solutions while developing project management skills, interpersonal skills, and function‑specific knowledge.

As a member of our 2027 US Internship Program, you’ll be fully immersed in a global team of experts eager to teach and learn from you along the way. These fast‑paced, project‑based internship positions are ideal for students who are interested in developing themselves professionally, while also making a substantial contribution to the company. You’ll work towards goals, deliver results, and present to business leaders.

Operations is the function that keeps Belden’s promises to its customers. Spanning global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and logistics, this team ensures that products are delivered on time, at cost, and to the highest standards.

Operations and Supply Chain Internship roles provide the opportunity to work out of locations including Carmel, IN; Richmond, IN; Tucson, AZ.

How you can add value within the Operations function:

Successful Operation & Supply Chain Intern Program candidates will offer:
