Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates.
• Manage payroll hours and scheduling to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Maintain store to company merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Lead safety programs and monthly safety meetings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and staff coaching.
