Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a capable leader to manage day-to-day store operations and drive performance across the team. You will supervise non-exempt associates, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain a high standard of customer service and store presentation.

The role requires coaching, scheduling, and a focus on loss prevention, safety, and store brand alignment while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise and communicate positively to Store Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and follow through to completion.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations under guidance of Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Schedule staff to meet business needs and control labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations and Ross policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and supervise customer-facing areas.
