Marshalls in Covington, LA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager who will empower a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive store performance, oversee merchandising, and manage daily operations while mentoring Associates and maintaining loss prevention standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, front-line operations, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to foster a positive and engaging store culture.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects and initiatives while supporting succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
