Carter’s Inc. in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional service across our baby and children's lines in Rochester Hills, MI. You will coach the team, ensure strong merchandising, and manage store operations to meet sales goals.

You’ll drive development of talent, embrace inclusion, and partner with leadership to optimize customer experiences on the floor and across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel) and comfortable with technology.

• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for collaboration.
