Qualifications

• 3 years Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer focused experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must have strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive sales and profitability.
• Directly involved in interview/hiring to build a diverse, capable team.
• Ensure floor sets, visual standards, and cleanliness are maintained for a great shopper experience.
• foster community involvement and build relationships with local leaders.
• Drive shrink (loss prevention) through adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Lead with coaching and development to create an inclusive, respectful store culture.
