Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in retail.
• Demonstrate ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to store associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and give direction.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic retail math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Assist in analysis of store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Schedule associates to meet business objectives.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and lead safety meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service leadership at the registers, service desk and sales floor.
