We empower you to deliver an exceptional breakfast, brunch or lunch experience for guests, working with great people in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include learning and applying our core values, guiding daily operations, following recipes precisely, driving sales goals, coaching teammates, and maintaining food safety and admin tasks

Responsabilités

• Learns and supports our You First culture and core values
• Puts supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
• Understands recipes must be followed and great food sourced for a reason
• Knows restaurant sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
• Understands the 10 Commandments background story and puts them into action
• Responds with urgency to customer and employee concerns
• Keeps company assets secure including computers, POS, security systems and equipment
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily
• Recognizes performance that goes above and beyond
• Accounts for all daily revenues and deposits
• Completes admin duties and submits required paperwork on time
