Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and leadership ability.
• Certification in food safety is required or preferred.
• Experience interviewing candidates and building a team.
• Ability to train, coach and develop team members daily.
• Understanding daily revenue and deposits and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learns and supports You First culture and core values.
• Puts supervisory skills to work to run daily operations with high standards.
• Follow recipes and source quality ingredients.
• Know sales and traffic goals and work to exceed them.
• Coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Understand the 10 Commandments and apply them.
• Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns.
• Communicate and own repair and maintenance issues.
• Be certified in food safety and coach in safe handling.
• Continuously scout for and interview candidates to join the team.
• Keep company assets secure: POS, computers, security systems, equipment.
• Understand responsibilities of every restaurant position.
• Stop inappropriate behavior and investigate as needed.
• Train, coach and develop team members daily.
• Recognize high performance.
• Account for daily revenues and deposits.
• Complete admin duties and paperwork on time.
