Responsibilities

• Learns and supports our You First culture and core values
• Puts supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
• Follows recipes to source great food
• Knows restaurant sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
• Understands the 10 Commandments and applies them in action
• Responds with urgency to customer and employee concerns
• Communicates and takes ownership of repair and maintenance issues
• Is certified in food safety and coaches in safe food handling
• Interviews candidates to join our team
• Keeps company assets secure including computers, POS systems, security, and equipment
• Understands responsibilities of every restaurant position
• Stops inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily
• Recognizes performance above expectations
• Accounts for daily revenues and deposits
• Completes admin duties and submits paperwork on time
