Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to combine leadership with strong restaurant management skills to deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring top-tier hospitality with support from home office, while leading a team to uphold Cracker Barrel’s standards of service and care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Valid vehicle's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house responsibilities with support from home office on a 24/7 basis.
• Build a strong team and ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
