Burger King is seeking a capable shift-contributing team member for a fast-paced Minnesota location. The role focuses on supervising staff, handling orders promptly and maintaining high customer service standards. You will help with inventory, cash handling, and training new team members, in a role that supports an energetic, hands-on environment.

Location: Burnsville, Minnesota. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within a growing Burger King franchise.

• Ability to supervise and train team members.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies.
• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
