Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, QSR background preferred.
• Strong ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and develop shift leaders and crew members.
• Manage labor and food cost controls to hit profitability targets.
• Drive guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Create and manage weekly schedules balancing service and labor efficiency.
• Analyze sales, cost, and performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, upbeat culture.
