MarcJax, LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead aPizza Hut location in Duluth, MN. The GM will own daily operations, financial performance, and team culture while delivering great guest experiences.

The role offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$65,000 per year plus a performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and clear advancement paths for multi-unit growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage P&L.
• Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer/POS skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations ensuring quality and safety.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate shift supervisors and crew.
• Manage P&L, control costs, and drive local store sales.
• Create a welcoming guest experience with accurate food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
