U-Haul International, Inc. in Rio Rancho, NM, seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use mobile tech to dispatch and return rentals.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
