Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at 480 Pleasant St, Attleboro, MA 02703. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and using U-Scan technology to manage equipment.

This role offers on-the-job learning and a $100 hiring bonus plus a $300 bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection and Verification program. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
